Shipping Policy

At Branreb, operated by GARZA SHOP LLC, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency. We work exclusively with trusted U.S. shipping carriers and provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within the United States.
  • Please note: we do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with:
    • Tracking number
    • Carrier name
    • Estimated delivery timeframe

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery time will vary by carrier and location:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brownsville, Texas, USA.
  • Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

We partner with reliable U.S. shipping providers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

All shipments are trackable and carefully handled until delivery is completed.

Shipping Costs

  • Branreb offers Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • No hidden fees or handling charges will ever be added at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipping has begun.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your order number.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • If your package is:
    • Delayed
    • Delivered to the wrong address
    • Lost in transit
    • Received damaged

You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery timeframe. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Please note: Branreb is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
