Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• It is returned in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization.
3. Ship Your Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days of receiving the return.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the pre-owned nature of some products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not defective or damaged. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
