3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are used, worn, or not in original condition
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items returned outside the 15-day window

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

⚠️ Please note: Items returned after 15 days, or that are used/damaged, may not qualify for a refund.

  3. Processing Time – Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  4. Payment Method – Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  5. Bank Processing – Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the refund.

3. Important Notes

  • Free return shipping applies only if the error was on our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  • For other returns (non-defective), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are not available for customized, altered, or final-sale items.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or outside the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.
